Delete your account

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
You can ask us at any time to delete your Depaso account and your personal data.
How to request it
Write to soporte@depaso.app from the email address you used to create your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
We delete your profile, your mailbox and the assigned addresses, your preferences and your shipment history. We only keep the records that tax and customs regulations require us to retain, for as long as the law demands, and for that purpose only.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirming your request. If you have a shipment in progress, we finish it first and then delete the account.
